Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival to Offer Workshops
Wycliffe Gordon, Blind Boys among those at Idaho fest
The 2012 Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival, which runs from Feb. 22-25 in Moscow, Idaho, will offer free workshops by jazz educators and musicians.
The workshops held during the day will help students of all ages fine-tune their skills as they explore jazz. All workshops are free and open to the public. New this year are cross-curricular jazz workshops offered in jazz-drama, math, and art and architecture.
